REQUIREMENTS FOR MORTGAGE CANCELLATION
- Mortgage deed between the Institution and the client, duly registered (original or copy).
- Original Letter from the Institution where it certifies that it has complied with the credit granted
- Copies of citizenship or digital IDs of the holder and his spouse updated in color.
- Copies of the voting certificate of the holder and his spouse updated in color.
- Certificate of Encumbrances from the Property Registrar of the canton where the property for which the Mortgage Release is being requested is located.
- Appointment of the Legal Representative
- Certificate from the Mercantile Registry where the appointment of the Legal Representative was registered
- Single Taxpayer Registry RUC of the Institution that granted the mortgage loan
- Identity Card and Voting Certificate of the Legal Representative
