REQUIREMENTS FOR MORTGAGE CANCELLATION

  • Mortgage deed between the Institution and the client, duly registered (original or copy).
  • Original Letter from the Institution where it certifies that it has complied with the credit granted
  • Copies of citizenship or digital IDs of the holder and his spouse updated in color.
  • Copies of the voting certificate of the holder and his spouse updated in color.
  • Certificate of Encumbrances from the Property Registrar of the canton where the property for which the Mortgage Release is being requested is located.
  • Appointment of the Legal Representative
  • Certificate from the Mercantile Registry where the appointment of the Legal Representative was registered
  • Single Taxpayer Registry RUC of the Institution that granted the mortgage loan
  • Identity Card and Voting Certificate of the Legal Representative
